About Osteopathy
Osteopaths are Allied Health Professionals trained to assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
Osteopathy is a hands-on therapy that uses a combination of movement, stretching, and manipulation to improve joint mobility, relieve muscle tension, and enhance blood and nerve supply to the tissues. This can help to alleviate pain, restore function, and aid recovery from injury.
Your osteopath will take the time to understand your symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle. This information helps your osteopath to diagnose and treat the underlying cause of the problem, rather than merely addressing your symptoms.
